Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

1.1. The Unlimited Pass entitles the Member to unlimited weekday (Monday to Friday) car washes at the subscribed branch for a low monthly rate, starting from RM49/month.

1.2. A 20% discount is applicable for car washes performed on weekends and public holidays.

2. Branch-Specific Membership

2.1. Each Unlimited Pass is strictly tied to the issuing location.

2.2. The pass is not transferable to other Asia Wash branches.

3. Registration and Activation

3.1. Members may register by scanning the QR code available at the car wash location or by accessing the online registration link.

3.2. The registration process requires submission of personal and vehicle details, followed by payment.

3.3. Membership becomes active immediately upon successful payment.

4. Payment and Renewal

4.1. All payments are processed securely via Fiuu, our authorized payment gateway.

4.2. Membership is valid for a three (3) month period and must be renewed prior to expiry to continue enjoying the benefits.

5. Membership Cancellation

5.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

5.2. There is no lock-in contract, and no cancellation fee applies.

5.3. Upon cancellation, the membership will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

6. Vehicle-Specific Membership

6.1. Each membership is tied to a single registered car plate number.

6.2. If the Member changes to a new vehicle, they must subscribe to a new plan for the new vehicle.

6.3. The previous membership will continue until expiry but cannot be reassigned.

7. Plan Selection and Adjustments

7.1. It is the Member's responsibility to select the correct plan based on their vehicle size and category.

7.2. In cases where an incorrect plan is selected:

• An upgrade will require payment of the price difference.
• Downgrades are not permitted once a plan is activated.

8. General

8.1. Asia Wash reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of the Unlimited Pass at any time.

8.2. Any such changes will be communicated via email or displayed on our website or at the car wash location.

8.3. Misuse or abuse of the Unlimited Pass, including fraudulent registration or use, may result in immediate termination without refund.
