At Asia Wash, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our car wash subscription services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our subscription plans and services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1.1. Our subscription plans are prepaid for a 3-month period and are non-refundable once activated. We believe in the quality of our services and are confident that you will be satisfied with your subscription.
1.2. Each subscription is tied to a specific vehicle identified by its license plate and cannot be transferred to another vehicle during the subscription period.
2.1. We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchasing a subscription and have not yet used any services, you may request a full refund by contacting our customer support team.
2.2. To request a refund during the cooling-off period, you must provide your order confirmation and payment details. No refunds will be processed after the 24-hour cooling-off period has expired.
3.1. If our services are unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service extension. This will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the affected period.
3.2. Service unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions) does not qualify for refunds.
3.3. To claim a refund for service unavailability, you must submit a request within 14 days of the affected period, including details of the dates and locations where service was unavailable.
4.1. If you experience quality issues with our services, please report them immediately to the location manager or our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any legitimate concerns about service quality.
4.2. In cases of verified, significant, and persistent service quality issues that we are unable to resolve, we may offer:
5.1. As our subscriptions are prepaid for a 3-month period, they cannot be canceled before expiry for a refund. However, you can choose not to renew your subscription at the end of the current period by disabling the auto-renewal option in your account settings.
5.2. If you disable auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will expire automatically without further charges.
