Can I use the pass on weekends or public holidays?
Yes! While unlimited washes apply on weekdays, you’ll still get a 20% discount on weekends and public holidays.
Can I use my unlimited pass at any branch?
No, the unlimited pass is only valid at the location where it was issued. Each membership is tied to a specific branch.
How do I register?
Just scan the QR code at our car wash location, or click here to register instantly online. Fill in your details, and complete the payment online. You'll get instant access!
How do I pay?
We use Fiuu for secure online payment. You'll be directed to the payment page during registration.
Is the payment recurring?
Yes, the membership renews every 3 months, so you never miss a wash!
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal. No lock-in contract.
What if I change my car?
Each membership is tied to a specific car plate and cannot be transferred. If you change your car, simply subscribe to a new membership and let the previous one expire.
What if I choose the wrong plan for my car size?
If your selected plan does not match your vehicle size, you'll need to top up the price difference to upgrade to the correct plan. However, downgrades are not allowed once the plan is active.
